MCERTS for the Self-Monitoring of flow is the Environment Agency's Monitoring Certification Scheme. EPR regulated sites with a flow monitoring requirement in their permit are required to comply with the MCERTS scheme in order to fulfil their environmental responsibilities. The scheme ensures monitoring of data is within +/-8%.
